GESTÃO DE IDEIAS: UM ESTUDO EMPÍRICO NA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA CATARINA

Resumo

Ideias são vitais para a inovação e esta, por sua vez, é fonte de melhorias para organizações privadas e públicas. A partir da necessidade de maior entendimento sobre a questão das ideias para inovação em organizações públicas, este estudo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa visa a caracterizar o fluxo de ideias em uma das Pró-Reitorias da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Para isto foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas como técnica de coleta de dados. Como resultados não foram encontradas ações deliberadas para melhoria da quantidade e qualidade das ideias, bem como não foi identificado o uso de técnicas de criatividade. Como perspectivas futuras, recomendam-se estudos que possam abordar os demais setores da universidade, caracterizando com maior profundidade o fluxo de ideias na organização.
