FATORES DE PROPENSÃO AO ESTRESSE OCUPACIONAL: ESTUDO COM SERVIDORES DO MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO FEDERAL NO ESTADO DE MINAS GERAIS

O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar, analisar e descrever a propensão ao estresse ocupacional e os sintomas prevalentes manifestados pelos servidores lotados no Ministério Público Federal no Estado de Minas Gerais. Em termos metodológicos realizou-se pesquisa descritiva, de abordagem quantitativa, por meio de estudo de caso. Os dados foram obtidos por questionário, junto a 74 sujeitos de uma população de 243 indivíduos lotados na cidade de Belo Horizonte. Os resultados apontaram que entre os fatores de propensão ao estresse o que contribui de forma mais importante foi o inter-relacionamento. Em relação aos sintomas de estresse, que se evidenciaram de forma moderada foram ansiedade, fadiga e dor nos músculos do pescoço e ombros. Como estratégia de enfrentamento (coping) os sujeitos pesquisados utilizam, prioritariamente, o gozo de férias regulares.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to identify, analyze and describe the propensity for occupational stress and the prevalent symptoms manifested by the employees of the Federal Public Ministry in the State of Minas Gerais. In methodological terms a descriptive, quantitative approach was carried out by means of a case study. The data were obtained by questionnaire, together with 74 subjects from a population of 243 individuals crowded in the city of Belo Horizonte. The results pointed out that among the factors of propensity to stress what contributes in a more important way was the interrelationship. Concerning the symptoms of stress, which were moderately evident were anxiety, fatigue and pain in the muscles of the neck and shoulders. As a coping strategy, the subjects studied use regular vacations as a priority.
