RESUMO

Este artigo desenvolve uma análise sobre a história do Capitalismo, a partir de sua concepção, assim como sobre o Estado Liberal e o Estado Social, por meio de uma revisão de literatura sobre os temas e um confronto teoÌrico entre as possibilidades compreensivas dos processos histoÌricos. Constatou-se que o Estado Liberal e o Estado Social são ações e reações da tensão histórica e permanente do modo de interação entre os sistemas econômicos privados e a gestão de recurso pelo Estado.

ABSTRACT

This article develops an analysis of the history of Capitalism, from its conception, as well as on the Liberal State and the Social State, through a literature review on the themes and a theoretical confrontation between the comprehensive possibilities of historical processes. It was found that the Liberal State and the Social State are actions and reactions of the historical and permanent tension of the mode of interaction between the private economic systems and the management of resource by the State.
