ABSTRACT
The purpose of this work is to analyze how the philosophical concept of eugenics perpetuates itself through the ages and despite all efforts to avoid discrimination through Constitutions, laws and the permanent fight for Human Rights, still persist in methods often nothing Orthodox, segregation even in labor relations. The concept of a "superior race," so abusively used in practice especially at the height of Nazism, which has decimated 6 million Jews and sterilized 140,000 of them, unfortunately survives today in opposition to all the concepts of an egalitarian and humanitarian justice. In a veiled way because eugenics is not "politically correct" in these labor relations in Brazil, it is still a practice to be identified and opposed not only by law professionals, but by society as a whole that should repudiate such practice, which persists in Our days as we will try to demonstrate.
