O artigo em referência tem por objetivo discutir a influência e os impactos que o neoliberalismo vem gerando na África durante o período de 1998 "“ quando o African Renaissance surge "“ e até o ano de 2011 "“ quando o The New Partnership for Africa"™s Development (NEPAD) completou dez anos de existência.
