GESTÃO SUSTENTÁVEL NA PERSPECTIVA DA INOVAÇÃO E DA ECONOMIA CIRCULAR: O CASO NATIVE

Resumo

Este estudo analisa as práticas de economia circular e inovações sustentáveis que foram adotadas pela Native - maior produtora de cana orgânica do Brasil. Foi feita uma análise documental e suportada por duas entrevistas em profundidade. Os resultados sugerem que: (i) a Native é referência na adoção de práticas de economia circular em nível de produção, processamento, industrialização e na adoção de energias limpas; (ii) as inovações sustentáveis corroboram com a perspectiva de transformar a cadeia de produção em uma cadeia orgânica e sustentável; (iii) o lançamento de selo verde próprio irá contribuir para legitimar a marca no ambiente institucional.
