Resumo

Critérios adequados para selecionar ideias aumentam as chances de organizações desenvolverem produtos potencialmente inovadores e competitivos. O objetivo deste artigo é identificar critérios para selecionar ideias no contexto da inovação. Para isso, foi conduzida uma revisão integrativa da literatura. O resultado identificou a divisão dos critérios em cinco aspectos. O aspecto Técnico e Tecnológico abarca a viabilidade técnica, infraestrutura e capital intelectual. O aspecto Econômico aborda o mercado, aceitação do cliente e finanças. O aspecto Estratégico envolve adequação estratégica. O aspecto Social considera a cultura e o contexto. Por fim, a Intuição é considerada na escolha de ideias nas fases iniciais da inovação.
