APLICAÇÃO DA TEORIA RBV AO SETOR DE SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo foi realizar uma revisão sistemática de literatura a fim de delimitar pesquisas aplicadas ao setor de saúde e que se utilizassem da RBV (Resource Based View) como aparato teórico, especificamente entre os anos de 2004 e 2014. A análise permitiu a inclusão de 30 artigos e a aplicação da Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo os classificou em três grandes eixos: Contexto; Pretensão e Alcance. Destaca-se a importância dos recursos humanos e dos recursos intangíveis como o capital social; a cooperação; a socialização e os sistemas de aprendizagem e conhecimento para o setor. Salienta-se a pouca iniciativa para a aplicação deste aparato teórico, especificamente ao setor público, e a falta de estudos nacionais sobre o tema.
