A estrutura da ação estratégica protagonizada pela empresa de médio porte: um estudo longitudinal multicaso de incorporadoras imobiliárias familiares

Resumo

A ação estratégica tem sido usualmente estudada, tomando-se por espaço de ocorrência, a organização de grande porte. Reconhecendo que portes distintos implicam modos de atuar diferenciados, procede-se à concepção de proposições substantivas acerca da ação estratégica pela qual se sustenta a empresa de médio porte. São, para tanto, analisados os casos de três incorporadoras imobiliárias familiares regionais. Os procedimentos de coleta e análise de dados são operados por meio de um estudo multicaso longitudinal baseados na abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados demonstram a existência de especificidades características do comportamento estratégico da empresa de médio porte.
