Relação entre inovação e estratégia: um estudo de caso em uma empresa de TIC

Resumo

A pesquisa objetivou avaliar, em uma empresa do setor de TIC, a relação entre ações estratégicas e inovações implantadas. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida através de um estudo de caso de finalidade descritiva. Os resultados sugerem que ações estratégicas e inovações alinharam-se para atender às seguintes finalidades: aumentar a participação de produtos em seu mercado (para inovações em produto), oferecer um produto novo ou significativamente aprimorado ao seu mercado (para inovações em produto e processo), e possibilitar aos produtos alcançar novos mercados (para as inovações em processo). Entretanto, o alinhamento foi mais forte entre ações estratégicas e inovações em processos.
