Resumo

O presente artigo tem como objetivo verificar se a orientação analítica proporciona melhores resultados, respectivamente, na resiliência das organizações e da cadeia de suprimentos. Para tal, metodologicamente empregou-se como técnica de análise a modelagem de equações estruturais, baseado no algoritmo dos mínimos quadrados parciais. Os resultados apontam que maiores níveis de orientação analítica, tanto a nível organizacional, quanto ao nível das cadeias, resultam em melhores níveis de resiliência. Logo, o artigo contribui para esclarecer o papel da orientação analítica no atual contexto cada vez mais incerto e instável, já que esta demonstrou-se essencial para a prevenção, adaptação e recuperação de empresas e cadeias.
