Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo foi compreender as relações teóricas e conceituais entre os estudos sobre tomada de decisão estratégica. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com dados de 2590 artigos publicados na Web of Science, sendo analisados por meio de técnicas quantitativas. Foram identificadas quatro diferentes dimensões teóricas que envolvem as pesquisas neste campo. A primeira relacionada com as características perceptíveis e não perceptíveis dos gestores; a segunda ligada com os processos, modelos e estrutura; a terceira baseada nas teorias empregadas; e a quarta formada pela Teoria do Alto Escalão, resultados que contribuem para a melhor compreensão deste campo de investigação.
