CONTRIBUIÇÕES À INTENÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA EM PESQUISA GLOBAL SOBRE EMPREENDEDORISMO

Resumo

Para analisar contribuições à intenção empreendedora, utilizou-se o Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students’ Survey (GUESS), com 195 respondentes universitários em Universidade Federal brasileira. A modelagem estrutural foi estimada, com o software SmartPLS, após verificadas validade e confiabilidade, capacidade explicativa, relevância relativa e capacidade preditiva. Resultados: influência positiva e importante capacidade explicativa do clima empreendedor em relação ao programa de aprendizagem; influência positiva e média capacidade explicativa entre o programa de aprendizagem e a autoeficácia empreendedora; Influência positiva e elevada capacidade explicativa da autoeficácia sobre a atitude empreendedora; influência positiva e importante capacidade explicativa da atitude sobre a intenção empreendedora.
