UM EXPERIMENTO CROSS-COUNTRY

Resumo

A preservação de recursos esgotáveis pode ser realizada pela oferta de produtos e/ou serviços sustentáveis. Nesse sentido, observa-se a necessidade de aprofundar estudos sobre intenção de compras de produtos produzidos com componentes reciclados, ofertados por empreendedores sustentáveis. O objetivo desta pesquisa é verificar o efeito moderador da orientação sustentável e do valor da marca no efeito do tempo do empreendimento na intenção de compra. Realizou-se um estudo cross-country, com experimento de campo baseado em cenários, entre brasileiros e uruguaios, empregando-se a técnica de análise de regressão múltipla. Os resultados apontaram diferenças entre consumidores de ambos os países.
