UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa é compreender como a aprendizagem individual em projetos está sendo estudada e aplicada atualmente. Para isso, utilizou-se as bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science para identificar os estudos sobre esse tema. No total foram encontrados 36 artigos que serviram de referência para a realização da revisão sistemática literatura. Os resultados mostraram como a aprendizagem individual em projetos está sendo abordada nos últimos anos. Como contribuição, apresenta-se uma agenda e caminhos para novos estudos e um mapeamento das temáticas abordadas. Embora tenha-se analisado outros documentos, esse estudo limita-se apenas a área de Projetos.
